What is an RSS feed?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and used all over the world by many sites to quickly alert subscribers to new content on their website. For example you can subscribe to the BBC for the latest headlines and be alerted to new articles as they are produced. Examples of programs that can read RSS feeds are Internet Explorer 7 (available to Windows XP & Vista), Mozilla Firefox and Outlook 2007. Other readers can be downloaded from the internet, but this is done at your own risk.
